Amazing place with great amenities like fast wi-fi, a fantastic bar lounge, and helpful 24-hour reception. On my first stay, staff helped with late check out, and I loved that! I highly recommend it for your next trip.

Well-maintained and good quality hotel, perfect for what we needed.
Had an enjoyable stay here during our business trip. The hotel had an absolutely perfect location just close to Museum of African Art. Set in 20 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were friendly efficient and delightfully helpful.

Everything: great staff, great bedrooms from the linen to the robe, great location at the heart of soho... And for me the+++++ is that they don't put music on the hall... Silence is a bliss !

The staff were pleasant and made our stay enjoyable, but the service during dinner could have been quicker. We had to ask a couple of times for our orders and checks, which slowed things down. On the other hand, the food quality and portion sizes were just right, creating a lovely atmosphere. The location was fantastic, with plenty of attractions just a short walk away. A wonderful experience that I would highly recommend.

Location is fantastic, trendiest place in SoHo. Really close to the best shops, new designers and restaurants. Great for seeing beautiful and trendy people.
The staff didn't replace the mini bar everyday, the rooms are too small and the beds even smaller. All in all, not worth the price charged.

We loved everything about The Mercer; the staff, the location, the ambience, the lobby feels just like home, the clientele - you name it, The Mercer pretty much tops the list.

Very helpful staff, understated presence of the hotel.
I think it is overpriced for a rather small room.
